TL;DR
Contract Coordinator (Talent Acquisition): Supporting the recruiting team, candidates, and clients with data tracking and administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process with an accent on effectively resolving candidate issues and meeting deadlines. Focus on managing advertising response rates and providing responsive customer service.
Location: Onsite a minimum of 4 days weekly in Newport Beach, CA with ability to flex up to 5 days as needed.
Salary: $28.00-$35.00/hr

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing responsive and proactive customer service.
- Identify candidates’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Document, track, and maintain records and the status of engagements/requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
- Manage advertising response rates, making decisions on where advertising should be turned on and off based on the available candidate pipeline.
- Manage, review, and send HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates.
- Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function.
Requirements
- Ideally, candidates will have RPO, corporate, or agency experience scheduling interviews and onboarding job candidates.
- Onsite a minimum of 4 days weekly in Newport Beach with ability to flex up to 5 days as needed.
- 2+ years of project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
- 2+ years of experience working with all Microsoft Office tools, with particular proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of organizing & managing own work load with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma.
