Location: Remote (permanent work from home), Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Israel time (GMT+2) with unpaid hour break (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).

What you will do

• Maintain high responsiveness to client inquiries and creator communications.
• Manage TikTok shop operations across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced workflow.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers for collaborations.
• Handle affiliate management, negotiate pricing/terms, and coordinate partnerships.
• Optimize shop performance, track metrics, and execute operational tasks.
• Coordinate content creation, campaigns under tight deadlines, and provide performance updates with recommendations.

Requirements

• Exceptional responsiveness and ability to manage multiple channels effectively.
• Proven fast-paced environment experience, meeting deadlines.
• Strong TikTok platform and TikTok Shop experience.
• Digital marketing background and strategic understanding.
• Affiliate management or creator partnerships experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple clients independently in remote setup.
