What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Design lifecycle campaigns across all stages, including FTUE, churn prevention, and reactivation journeys.
- Define CRM data requirements and collaborate with BI and engineering to implement tracking events and user attributes.
- Build, optimize, and A/B test automated journeys within the Braze platform.
- Analyze performance KPIs such as D1/D7/D30 retention, LTV, and ARPU to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with LiveOps, Product, Monetization, and Creative teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms (Optimove, Leanplum, Salesforce MC).
- Strong understanding of player segmentation, user journeys, and behavioral triggers.
- Data-driven mindset with a proven track record in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for both creative copywriting and cross-team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile gaming or free-to-play (F2P) environments.
- Passion for games and player psychology.
