Field Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid)

TL;DR

Field Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid): Supporting the South Marketing team in planning and executing event campaigns, demand generation programs, and account-based marketing activities with an accent on logistics, vendor coordination, and sales alignment. Focus on driving event execution, maintaining internal communication, and representing hirify.global to external partners.

Location: Hybrid, based in our Tel Aviv office

What you will do

• Support regional Field Marketing Managers in executing a variety of marketing activities, including industry conferences, physical event series, and online campaigns.
• Drive the logistics and execution of all planned events, coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain the hirify.global online calendar of events and manage communication between sales and marketing teams regarding events.
• Represent hirify.global to partners, vendors, and event organizers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in events, trade shows, or field marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• Strong project management, time management, and execution skills.
• High proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Apps).
• Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Wordpress.
• Spanish and Italian would be an advantage.
