What you will do

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets, covering Search and Display.
• Drive performance through structured testing of creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion performance.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop and execute successful campaigns.
• Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve profitability targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display.
• Experience scaling performance marketing within defined KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Strong skills in optimizing search, display, and multichannel campaigns.
• Experience using AI tools to support ad creation, research, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Experience analyzing performance across different attribution models and multi-touch journeys.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with GA4 for audience and conversion tracking.
• Fluent verbal and written English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or Mixpanel.
• Background in statistics, mathematics, or finance.
• In-house product advertising experience.
• Experience running campaigns for content-driven or subscription-based products.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and/or native advertising platforms.
