What you will do

  • Communicate with clients.
  • Develop, plan, execute, and optimize customer behavior-based CRM campaigns.
  • Create customer touchpoints via email, SMS, and push notifications to meet business goals.
  • Onboard clients to hirify.global’s proprietary email services provider, providing training and best practices.
  • Operate various systems for campaign execution and monitoring.
  • Interpret data and analyze results to improve ROI performance and optimize campaigns through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Independent with effective organization and time management skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with unparalleled attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excel proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Photoshop experience.
  • Basic HTML understanding.
