What you will do

  • Design and implement systems, workflows, and automation to maximize creative output quantity, velocity, and diversity.
  • Analyze performance data to drive iterative creative improvements through structured testing.
  • Create conditions for winning ads that fuel growth and enable aggressive spend scaling.
  • Manage and mentor an internal creative team of 5 and an external operation of 7 people.
  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation, including AI-powered creative production.
  • Collaborate closely with UA, product growth, data analytics, influencers, design, and copywriting teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance marketing, growth operations, or creative strategy with proven impact on creative-driven acquisition at scale.
  • Track record of building creative testing systems that increased output velocity and win rates.
  • Deep comfort with performance data, able to decompose a CPA change into creative vs. audience vs. platform factors.
  • Experience leading teams of 8+ people (internal and/or external), including creatives, editors, and production partners.
  • Strong familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad ecosystems and what makes creative work different across platforms.
  • Strong creative opinion, able to articulate exactly what's working, what's not, and what to test next.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on creative production experience (video editing, motion design).
  • Experience with creative analytics tools (Foreplay, Motion, VidMob, or similar).
  • Passion for AI and automation in creative workflows.
