What you will do
- Provide always-on strategic support to refine and deliver the growth strategy for hirify.global Elevate.
- Lead discrete, high-impact initiatives that blend strategy and analytics, including pricing, go-to-market, and product opportunities.
- Conduct hands-on qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform and validate opportunities, including growth modeling.
- Act as a strategic bridge to align key business leaders across Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing.
- Proactively monitor business performance to identify growth risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
- Synthesize recommendations and analyses into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a dedicated growth strategy role within a tech environment.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business Analytics) is preferred.
- Proven ability to deconstruct complex business problems, understand P&L levers, and develop structured, logical frameworks.
- Comfortable with data analysis, modeling, and visualization, with working fluency in SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in an unstructured environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Expert at delivering clear concise communications and building executive-ready presentations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with paid media advertising (buy or sell-side).
- Proficiency in Python or visualization tools (Tableau).
