What you will do
- Build and grow high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and career progression.
- Drive engineering processes, architecture, and technical roadmap in alignment with leadership.
- Manage technical debt, security, quality, and technical decisions efficiently.
- Improve agile methodologies for iterative product development.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX to create effective roadmaps and user stories.
- Contribute technically with architectural decisions, code reviews, and prototypes.
Requirements
- Strong mix of management and technical skills for leading engineering teams.
- B.S. or Master in Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of full-stack development tech stack (Java, Kafka, Postgres, Typescript, React, AWS, CI/CD), microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Proven track record in a leadership role, building and leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience with internationally distributed teams and multicultural environments.
- English: Proficient spoken and written required (C1).

- Previous experience with AI technologies (ML, NLP, LLM).
