What you will do

• Define function-wide strategies leveraging market and competitive intelligence to capitalize on HI growth opportunities.
• Develop deep understanding of Human Intelligence/expert service offerings to influence product roadmaps, pricing, and customer experiences.
• Translate segment and marketplace needs into strategic product marketing plans to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Leverage appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative research and A/B testing, for improved business outcomes.
• Establish metrics for success and actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions.
• Craft comprehensive and engaging narratives and messaging hierarchies that are customer and research-backed.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in product marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep knowledge or experience with human expert services is highly preferred.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with data-backed visions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey objectives and recommendations.
• Proven success in turning deep customer understanding into insightful market strategy and execution.
