What you will do

• Scope, define, and lead transformation interventions using knowledge of the client and market.
• Manage engagement delivery, monitoring areas such as client satisfaction and profitability.
• Design and roll out organizational health checks and diagnostics.
• Facilitate discussions/workshops with leaders, helping to balance stakeholder needs and prioritize decisions.
• Interface with senior executives, building relationships for projects.
• Develop business and lead proposals by articulating a compelling vision for transformation.

Requirements

• A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR/OD function.
• Alternatively, significant work experience in a top tier professional services firm.
• Substantial experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions.
• Significant experience in change management and leading project teams.
• Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives on business challenges.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience of using organizational analytical tools (e.g. OrgVue, Dynaplan).
