What you will do
- Drive product initiatives and technical outcomes for clients by optimizing hirify.global’s AI-Powered eCommerce Search and Product Discovery Platform.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate platform optimization, and achieve sales and retention goals.
- Support Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams, influencing company strategy and product roadmap.
- Develop thought leadership and create clear, value-driven documentation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of hirify.global’s platform and stay updated on industry trends.
- Present to prospects and partners, showcasing differentiation and integration methods with technical expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in technical selling and consultancy (similar roles include Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant).
- Working knowledge of frontend software development principles, expertise in APIs and integration, and proficiency with REST APIs.
- Experience working in retail eCommerce ecosystems, with various retailer technology stacks, AI/ML, and Cloud technologies.
- Ability to comprehend complex data structures, prescribe optimization best practices, and articulate data science/analytics concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and empathy for prospect challenges.
- Comfort working with system integrators, customer development teams, and C-suite executives.
