What you will do
- Onboard new Retail Media clients from platform setup to campaign launch.
- Act as strategic and commercial owner for a portfolio of retail partners, driving revenue growth through new customers, existing accounts, and partnerships.
- Proactively analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations for improving advertiser ROAS and increasing retailer yield.
- Build deep relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on all things retail media.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to showcase performance and present strategic roadmaps.
- Act as a critical feedback loop to Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to shape the future of the Retail Media Suite.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of specific Retail Media domain expertise.
- 3-5+ years of client-facing experience in account management, customer success, or account strategy within ad tech or retail media.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including CPC/CPM, auctions, ROAS, SSPs, and DSPs.
- Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customer accounts and a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from campaign data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders.
