What you will do
- Lead strategic growth and serve as the primary point of contact for accounts.
- Own revenue growth, account strategy, and campaign execution.
- Build strategies to upsell hirify.global’s product offering to agencies and their clients.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across bid strategies, budget pacing, targeting, creative, and delivery.
- Educate agencies on hirify.global’s technology and product offerings.
- Own forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for your book of business.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, campaign management, and a data-driven client-facing environment.
- Experience working in a revenue-driven role with exposure to upselling, forecasting, or pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a book of business with revenue targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

- Experience working with Agencies and eCommerce Retail clients.
- Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and optimization tactics.
