What you will do

  • Lead strategic growth and serve as the primary point of contact for accounts.
  • Own revenue growth, account strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Build strategies to upsell hirify.global’s product offering to agencies and their clients.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across bid strategies, budget pacing, targeting, creative, and delivery.
  • Educate agencies on hirify.global’s technology and product offerings.
  • Own forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for your book of business.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, campaign management, and a data-driven client-facing environment.
  • Experience working in a revenue-driven role with exposure to upselling, forecasting, or pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a book of business with revenue targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Agencies and eCommerce Retail clients.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and optimization tactics.
