What you will do

• Collaborate with Game Director and Lead Game Designer on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter.
• Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and design overhauls.
• Work closely with engineers, artists, and producers to design, tune, and implement game directions.
• Lead complex and impactful game aspects with minimal oversight.
• Analyze internal and external metrics feedback and adjust game design or balance.
• Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning.

Requirements

• Experience in Game Design for first/third person shooter games.
• Full cycle and multi-discipline development experience with at least 1 shipped title as a Game Designer.
• Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 5.
• Strong creative skills and attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal, written and technical).
