What you will do

• Design and implement innovative gameplay components using Blueprint Scripting, Replication, and Sequences.
• Collaborate with design leaders to develop and refine engaging user stories and gameplay experiences.
• Execute in-game content using Unreal Blueprint and handle complex technical implementations.
• Iterate, polish, and balance gameplay mechanics and systems.
• Test and validate implementations on target hardware to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional game design experience.
• 1–2 years of experience with Unreal Engine 5 in a design or technical capacity.
• Proficiency with UE Blueprints and familiarity with coding principles such as data types and inheritance.
• Proven ability to create functional prototypes and a passion for video games.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiplayer games and the Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
• Knowledge of Verse, World Partition, C++, or C#.
• Technical skills in animation, UI/widgets, and performance optimization workflows.
• Portfolio with shipped or production-quality levels.
