What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and prioritize organizational changes.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and technology, and establish a change control process.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and prepare stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution and monitoring of changes, making adjustments as needed for successful implementation.
• Identify and manage potential risks associated with changes, developing mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and maintain detailed records of change management activities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, project management).
• Proven experience in change management or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's Eight-Step Change Model).
• ITIL Certification.
• English and German language (Level C1) required.
