The Impact You’ll Make

As a Brand Designer, you will support and scale our visual identity and design deliverables, with a strong focus on sales and executive-facing assets. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, working closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Ensure brand consistency and high visual quality across all touchpoints
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals
• Design brand assets across digital and print, including (but not limited to):

• Sales one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures, keynotes, e-books, reports, etc.
• Executive-level presentations and Word documents
• Marketing campaigns, ads, and social media assets

• Work in Figma to create and maintain brand assets and templates
• Build and refine PowerPoint decks for Sales and Leadership
• Design print and long-form materials using Illustrator and InDesign

• You bring strong creative judgment and taste. You avoid generic, stock-heavy, or outdated aesthetics and instead lean toward modern, tech-forward, and credible design.
• You thrive in high-performance, fast-paced environments.
• You balance innovation with sophistication. You can design within a corporate context without making it feel corporate — finding the sweet spot between startup energy and enterprise credibility.
• You are collaborative, open to feedback, and bring positive energy to the team. You care not only about producing great work, but also about contributing to a healthy and constructive creative culture.

Your Background

• 4–6+ years of experience in brand or visual design
• Strong, outstanding portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Word, Illustrator, and InDesign (nice to have)
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Comfortable owning high-visibility, cross-functional work
