What you will do
- Drive hirify.global’s growth by creating bold, distinctive design work across branding, creative campaigns, and digital communications.
- Challenge the status quo daily and confidently steer external partners to raise the visual bar.
- Run multiple fast-moving projects in parallel, balancing business context, collaboration, and stakeholder expectations.
- Champion AI-powered tools and workflows to move faster, work smarter, and explore new creative territory.
- Partner with senior designers to evolve hirify.global’s visual identity and keep brand guidelines sharp, relevant, and future-ready.
- Collaborate closely with creatives, copywriters, product teams, managers, and strategists to turn strong ideas into real-world impact.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of industry experience as a multidisciplinary graphic designer.
- A strong visual portfolio required that shows range, taste, and confidence across digital, web, and print.
- Comfortable leading design direction, with a clear point of view and sharp, constructive critique.
- Hands-on with AI, using it to generate, explore, and elevate visual ideas.
- A clear and confident communicator in written and spoken English (B2 required).
- Fluent in industry-standard tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
