What you will do

• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and account teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Design for a wide range of deliverables including digital ads, websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
• Translate brand guidelines into fresh, modern, and effective creative solutions.
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Prepare and present design ideas internally and to clients, articulating rationale and design decisions.
• Partner with production artists and developers to ensure seamless execution of design intent.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design execution across print, digital, and social platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both creative and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Motion design (After Effects) or Figma experience.
