TL;DR

Brand Designer: Shaping and evolving the visual identity across a wide range of touchpoints, contributing to day-to-day brand needs and strategic initiatives with an accent on designing and delivering brand-aligned materials and maintaining internal assets. Focus on applying and maintaining brand guidelines thoughtfully, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing production-ready assets.

Location: This position is fully remote with a strong preference for a candidate based in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk).

What you will do

  • Design and deliver brand-aligned materials across internal and external touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain internal decks, proposals, and company-wide presentations.
  • Design sub-branding and assets for swag, social media, marketing initiatives, and events.
  • Support larger branding initiatives by contributing concepts, visuals, and production-ready assets.
  • Apply and help maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with designers, the growth team, and other stakeholders for effective visual communication.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in brand or visual design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
  • Proven experience working on real-world branding projects across multiple formats (presentations, marketing assets, social media, print, or digital).
  • Strong foundations in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition.
  • Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite in a professional environment.
  • Ability to apply existing brand guidelines thoughtfully and consistently, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable owning design tasks from brief to delivery, while collaborating and iterating with feedback.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

  • Experience with animation and motion tools.
