Location: This position is fully remote with a strong preference for a candidate based in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk).

What you will do
- Design and deliver brand-aligned materials across internal and external touchpoints.
- Create and maintain internal decks, proposals, and company-wide presentations.
- Design sub-branding and assets for swag, social media, marketing initiatives, and events.
- Support larger branding initiatives by contributing concepts, visuals, and production-ready assets.
- Apply and help maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with designers, the growth team, and other stakeholders for effective visual communication.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in brand or visual design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Proven experience working on real-world branding projects across multiple formats (presentations, marketing assets, social media, print, or digital).
- Strong foundations in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition.
- Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite in a professional environment.
- Ability to apply existing brand guidelines thoughtfully and consistently, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable owning design tasks from brief to delivery, while collaborating and iterating with feedback.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
