What you will do

• Establish and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints by analyzing and developing the existing design system.
• Implement new marketing initiatives (ad campaigns, reports, social assets, web components) and create templates for scalable use by the team.
• Continuously develop the brand design by integrating successful new elements from real projects back into the design system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design, ideally in an agency, SaaS environment, or a growing marketing team.
• Excellent design craftsmanship with proficiency in Figma, delivering pixel-perfect quality and mastering layout and composition.
• Top-notch self-organization skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and keep stakeholders informed independently.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly and independently.
• Ability to balance perfection with timely delivery, demonstrating a get-shit-done mindset.
• Good German and English skills are required; marketing runs in German (DACH region), and team communication is in English.
• Enthusiasm for startup life, a desire to make an impact, and comfort with ambitious goals and full responsibility.

Nice to have

• Skills in 3D design (Spline, C4D, Blender), animation, and motion design.
