What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 6–8 Technical Program Managers, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Own hiring and onboarding for the TPM team, ensuring appropriate staffing for current and future business needs.
• Spearhead multi-organizational programs, aligning outcomes with hirify.global's technical and business strategy and delivering maximum customer value.
• Drive the development and adoption of modernized platform capabilities and AI-enabled product experiences for TurboTax.
• Define and implement multi-organizational product and operational standards, dashboards, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strengthen the broader TPM community by mentoring other leaders and influencing best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS product development and release management with direct experience working with multiple scrum teams using Agile.
• 3+ years experience leading a team of technical program managers.
• Proven ability to quickly earn trust, mobilize teams, resolve conflict, and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
• Strong technical, strategic background in an Agile environment and ability to thrive in a large, complex organization.
• Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent technical experience required.

• PMP or PgMP Certification desired.
