Location: Onsite in Menlo Park, California, United States. This role is limited to the United States.
Compensation Range: $186K - $244.6K

What you will do
- Develop and deliver impactful positioning and messaging to present 's value proposition to GSI partners.
- Enhance the partner journey by driving process improvements and establishing cross-functional activation programs.
- Serve as a primary content expert, conceiving and developing compelling new assets for various workloads and industries.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, providing regular and actionable feedback to foster professional growth.
- Proactively identify and resolve organizational misalignments, fostering direct and proactive discussions.
- Establish overarching objectives and comprehensive Partner Category Plans to accelerate partner growth and contribution.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience: 12-15 years of progressive experience in relevant fields, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong blend of Product Marketing and Communications acumen, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Proven track record in Audience Marketing, with a distinct preference for experience in Partner or Ecosystem Marketing.
- Deep experience with Global System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte etc) is required.
- Ability to think strategically about partner development and enablement, while also being adept at hands-on execution.
- Exceptional influencer and communicator, skilled at crafting clear, concise, and impactful messages for diverse audiences.
