Location: Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence infrastructure, making insights accessible and actionable across the business.
  • Design and implement a systematic creative testing program to evaluate and optimize campaign concepts pre-launch.
  • Partner with Product teams to provide responsive consumer insights supporting product development.
  • Mentor and develop the Consumer Insights Manager, helping them build skills to progress to the next level.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in consumer insights, market research, or similar roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or consumer brands.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proven track record designing and executing both qualitative and quantitative research programs.
  • Strong experience in creative/advertising testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrable expertise in competitive intelligence and market tracking.
  • Familiarity with research tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Savanta, YouGov).

Nice to have

  • Background in mentoring or developing junior team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (FCA compliance awareness a plus).
