TL;DR

Value Realization Director: Building and optimizing post-sale value realization programs, defining best practices to help customers understand, measure, and optimize the quantifiable business value of solutions. Focus on collaborating with Customer Development and Product teams to enable renewals, upsells, and expansions, and leveraging product telemetry data for value substantiation.

Location: Remote (United States). The role is remote within the US, with some company presence in Austin, TX.

Salary: $190,000–$210,000, plus bonus.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with pre-sales team for seamless value projection to post-sale tracking and realization.
  • Build post-sales value realization models with Customer Development to encourage renewals, upsells, and expansions.
  • Partner with Product teams to use telemetry data for value reporting and substantiation.
  • Establish an approach with Professional Services to gather baseline metrics and track improvement.
  • Engage with the field on strategic deals, including high-priority renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Train, enable, and work with Value Consultants in the Center of Excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, sales management, sales enablement, and/or value consulting roles.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, pre-sales, sales, and post-sale/renewals motions.
  • Expertise in sales process and methodology.
  • Relevant experience designing and building an integrated post-sale value measurement program.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with cross-functional departments.

Nice to have

  • Sales tool experience (e.g., ROI tools like DecisionLink, SFDC, Clari).
  • Experience with Agentic AI, ideally as it pertains to Value Selling.
