Account Manager (Website Delivery)

TL;DR

Account Manager (Website Delivery): Building and managing trusted client relationships and overseeing website delivery projects with an accent on cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and project alignment. Focus on driving progress, identifying risks, and ensuring successful execution of complex, high-visibility client engagements.

Location: Hybrid, must be able to work from the New York office a minimum of 3 days a week

What you will do

• Take ownership of client relationships and project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including activation, strategy, development, and design, to translate client needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Oversee and uphold rigorous quality assurance standards for all project deliverables.
• Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication, addressing questions, feedback, and evolving requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers to align on sprint expectations, delivery goals, scope, and dependencies.
• Drive progress from an account management perspective, surfacing risks early and keeping teams aligned.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in account management, delivery, or a similar client-facing role within digital, creative, or project-based environments.
• Experience delivering website projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• A solid understanding of development workflows; technical knowledge is a strong plus.
• Strong command of English, with confidence communicating daily with clients and distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in fast-paced, complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working with CMS platforms, such as Adobe AEM, WordPress, or Drupal.
