🚀Senior Product Analyst в Flo (Лондон)
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024.
Задачи:
- Working closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Engineers to support data-driven decision-making across the product.
- Identifying new growth opportunities, including underserved user segments, use cases, and regions with high potential for product expansion.
- Helping the team understand which company-level goals can be influenced through experimentation, defining relevant proxy metrics, and monitoring them over time.
- Supporting hypothesis formulation and prioritization using data: estimating segment sizes, potential impact, expected uplift, and defining clear success metrics, while accounting for user behavior patterns.
- Helping the team prioritize ideas and initiatives based on expected impact, confidence level, and effort.
- Participating in product planning and roadmap discussions, providing analytical input to shape priorities and investment decisions.
- Evaluating experiment results in terms of their overall impact on core product metrics, not just local effects.
- Translating analysis results into clear, actionable recommendations for the team and stakeholders.
Требования:
- At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data/ Product Analyst;
- Experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing;
- Advanced SQL/Python / R for data analysis;
- Experience in data visualization in Python/ Looker /Tableau or similar.
Nice to have:
- Experience in subscription business;
- Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.

- In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
