What you will do

• Build and deliver AI/ML and data solutions on Azure with minimal oversight.
• Apply modern frameworks and engineering practices to design scalable solutions.
• Contribute to discovery sessions and solution-design workshops with technical insight.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical components.
• Work independently within project teams, collaborating with architects and project leads.
• Share knowledge with peers and junior team members, and stay current with AI trends.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience across most areas of AI solution delivery.
• Proficiency in Agents & Orchestration (Semantic Kernel, LangChain), Search & Retrieval (vector databases), and LLM Operations.
• Experience with Responsible AI, Security & Privacy (GDPR, threat modeling).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, and modern data platforms.
• Skills in Cloud Engineering (APIs, containers, microservices, DevOps pipelines) and Data Integration & Governance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical work into business value.
• Cannot sponsor applicants for work visas.
