TL;DR

Human Resources Launch Intern (Cybersecurity): Building and optimizing various HR functions like talent readiness, operations, brand, data analytics, and employee experience with an accent on practical application and mentorship. Focus on gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment and supporting critical HR initiatives within a global leader.

Location: This internship is fully in-person, requiring attendance at the hirify.global Sunnyvale, CA office three to five days per week. This position is open to U.S. candidates only.

Salary: $22–$30 per hour

  • Support specific HR functions, including data reporting, communications for learning experiences, analyzing hiring outcomes, employer branding, and company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
  • Receive potential fast-track consideration for future internships.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, with graduation in 2028.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and apply them to HR use cases.
  • Strong academic performance, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Leadership experience in a student organization.
  • Prior experience in operations, HR, or service-oriented roles.
  • Experience with design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, video editing).
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn SQL, analytic visualizations, and database solutions.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
