Salary: $22–$30 per hour

Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, with graduation in 2028.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and apply them to HR use cases.
- Strong academic performance, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Leadership experience in a student organization.
- Prior experience in operations, HR, or service-oriented roles.
- Experience with design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, video editing).
- Familiarity or willingness to learn SQL, analytic visualizations, and database solutions.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
