Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee People Operations inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Support onboarding activities, including I-9 completion and maintaining onboarding platforms.
  • Assist with benefits administration, wellness programs, and annual benefits cycles.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Perform regular global data audits and support updates in Workday to ensure data accuracy.
  • Keep People Operations documentation, SOPs, policies, and handbooks current and accessible.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR compliance concepts.
  • Interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve People Operations processes.
  • Proficiency with Workday and Excel preferred (experience with AI tools a plus).
