What you will do
- Support end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives, keeping timelines on track and managing stakeholders.
- Identify manual HR workflows and leverage AI solutions to automate and improve them, exploring ways to streamline employee communications and internal documentation.
- Analyze people data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee engagement, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
- Maintain and audit internal documentation and knowledge base, ensuring employees have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information.
- Become a power user and internal champion for proprietary tools, helping the team leverage these platforms for smarter decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (open to all majors) or relevant HR program.
- Exceptional organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects without overlooking details.
- Detailed-oriented mindset, with a focus on data integrity and the impact on employee experience.
- Familiar with AI tools and how they can be applied to improve business processes and team efficiencies; experience with LLMs or automation tools is a plus.
- Comfortable analyzing data and using it to tell a story or solve a problem, with mastery of spreadsheets and data visualization.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable pivoting between different teams and priorities.
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12 week summer internship.

Nice to have
- Experience managing internal Wikis (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
- Familiarity with HR compliance, processes, program administration, and tools.
- A background in Project Management (PMO) or Business Operations.
