What you will do
- Own the HRIS product roadmap, prioritization, and long-term vision.
- Act as the primary partner to external HRIS implementation and support vendors.
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements and design decisions.
- Establish and enforce governance, including intake, prioritization, and release management.
- Serve as the final decision-maker on system design tradeoffs (configuration vs. customization).
- Drive adoption through enablement, training, documentation, and change management.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of HRIS experience with deep HRIS exposure.
- Prior ownership of HRIS in a production, post-go-live environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability.
- Experience managing vendors and HRIS implementations.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational judgment.
- Must be a U.S.-based full-time employee.
