What you will do

• Lead project work from a design perspective, facilitating design reviews and working sessions.
• Turn nebulous concepts into specific, useful, and delightful product features, exploring AI integration.
• Design holistic systems, flows and interfaces that utilize deterministic automation and AI to streamline operations.
• Draw insights from research and data to create tangible solutions.
• Build relationships and advocate for the user when collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain work with focus and brevity.
• Strong aesthetic skills to elevate the visual identity of brands.
• Skilled in service design practices.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
