What you will do
- Translate business pain points into AI/Agentforce use cases and define success metrics/ROI.
- Configure and manage Agentforce capabilities including skills, prompts, and guardrails.
- Build flows, automation, and knowledge integrations to enhance customer experience or productivity.
- Establish AI governance, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement loops.
- Perform core Salesforce administration duties such as configuring objects, flows, and managing security.
- Partner with business stakeholders (Global Support, Sales, Success) to prioritize value-based backlogs and track ROI.
Requirements
- 7–10 years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in complex, multi-org or multi-cloud environments.
- Demonstrated AI/Agentforce exposure (pilot or production), including prompt/skill design, grounding data, and safety patterns.
- 3+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Strong Flow expertise.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to quantify ROI and drive adoption.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills in English.
Nice to have
- AI Associate/AI Specialist, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or CPQ/Revenue Cloud certifications.
- Comfortable reading Apex/SOQL (light edits/debugging).
- Exposure to CPQ/Revenue Cloud concepts (bundles, pricing, approvals) and downstream impacts.
- Experience with other CRM/ERP (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting (Salesforce reports/dashboards).
- Security & compliance awareness (PII, SOC2, GDPR) and AI guardrail best practices.
