What you will do

• Audit and document existing Salesforce flows, identifying and recommending improvements to redundant logic.
• Design Salesforce flows with bulk processing, governor limits, and transaction efficiency in mind.
• Own data quality initiatives including data audits, cleansing, imports, exports, and ongoing integrity monitoring.
• Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and connected systems in partnership with technical teams.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities to ensure stable system updates.
• Mentor junior administrators and contribute to establishing best practices for Salesforce leverage.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including objects, Flows, automation tools, security model, and reporting.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, data management tools, and deployment processes (e.g., Change Sets, Metadata API).
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs.
