What you will do

• Work closely with business to understand requirements and conduct feasibility analysis for Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio, LWC, Conga Composer).
• Implement, integrate, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions, covering architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development work.
• Perform code reviews and ensure team adherence to best practices and SFDC Coding Standards.
• Lead documentation of technical requirements, architecture, and design for Salesforce solution deployment and integration.
• Design and mentor the team in technical solutioning of business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Conga Composer, Experience Cloud, and Omni Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Out-Of-The-Box functionality and features (custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflow, process builder, approval processes, security, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards).
• Experience with Salesforce security features (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets & Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Apex Sharing, Sharing Sets).
• Experience in application customization and development including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Apex (classes and triggers).
• Experience in integration of Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs (SOAP, Rest API).
• Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between Salesforce environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• LWC (JavaScript) experience.
• 4-6 years of end-to-end implementation project experience.
