What you will do

• Build and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement enhancements and fixes across GTM processes like lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and Quote-to-Cash.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-release validation of changes.
• Contribute to technical designs, document implementation details, and participate in code reviews.
• Implement and support Salesforce integrations using existing patterns, assisting in troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with GTM Operations and internal stakeholders to deliver agreed solutions, following established development standards.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certification: Platform Developer I.
• 2–4 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs and external systems.
• Ability to communicate implementation choices and constraints clearly.
• Familiarity with GTM or commercial processes in a SaaS environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Quote-to-Cash or subscription billing platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling such as Gearset or Copado.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
