TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Loyalty): Implementing and extending the Salesforce Loyalty module for a large-scale customer loyalty program with an accent on configuring loyalty programs, accrual/redemption logic, and integrating with various retail channels. Focus on building scalable loyalty solutions, working with complex business rules, and handling high-volume transactional systems in retail environments.

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia. Office locations include Monterrey, Montevideo, and Rosario.

What you will do

  • Configure and extend Salesforce Loyalty Management, including program setup and points accrual/redemption logic.
  • Implement loyalty-related business rules using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
  • Develop and maintain clean, testable code following Salesforce best practices.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems (POS, e-commerce, ERP, payment systems).
  • Optimize performance of automation flows and loyalty calculations in high-volume environments.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with the client’s Technical Lead and Scrum Master.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience implementing automation using Flows and declarative tools.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
  • Experience working with integrations via REST APIs and understanding transactional systems.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and ability to work autonomously.
  • Native-level Spanish (mandatory).
  • Professional-level English (mandatory).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce Loyalty or similar loyalty/rewards platforms.
  • Participation in an end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
  • Experience in retail industry environments.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or similar).
