What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, exceeding their goals and expectations.
• Partner with Sales to understand client business needs and recommend solutions.
• Lead regular client check-ins and business reviews using data to tell a story about hirify.global’s impact.
• Recommend optimizations and address technical issues effectively.
• Project-Manage technical onboarding to match client strategy goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and generate new best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct client management experience in a data-driven environment.
• Experience managing complex client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments to produce positive results.
• Ability to articulate the impact of campaign strategy and digital media optimizations toward business goals.
