What you will do

• Define the Travel Platform strategy, aligning platform investments with hirify.global’s broader product and business goals.
• Balance immediate commercial priorities with long-term platform scalability and health.
• Lead and empower a team of Product Managers across six squads.
• Partner with Engineering and other tribes to translate pressing needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive measurable impact by improving search quality, pricing intelligence and geographic precision.
• Champion quality and performance, working with Engineering to continuously improve reliability, scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Experienced platform product leader with strategy ownership for shared technologies or platform-layer products.
• Visionary and pragmatic with a compelling roadmap and data-driven trade-offs.
• Technically fluent in discussing APIs, system architecture, data models and performance metrics.
• Stakeholder-savvy with a track record of aligning diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• People-first leader, passionate about building and developing high-performing product teams.
• Impact-focused with a proven track record of delivering platform products that drive measurable business outcomes.
