What you will do

• Define and execute the integrations platform roadmap, balancing reliability, stability, and strategic growth.
• Identify and close technical gaps, using expertise to challenge assumptions and validate improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design, scalability, monitoring, versioning, and production-grade alerting.
• Establish, track, and report success metrics (e.g., adoption, uptime, performance, and cost to serve).
• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure merchant integration remains technically feasible, reliable, and scalable.
• Drive the full lifecycle for technical partner integration: onboarding, certification, upgrades, deprecations, and offboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ product management experience on technical platforms (APIs, complex backend systems, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and backend architecture.
• Experience using AI or analytics to improve technical platform operations or monitoring.
• Proven record delivering incremental improvement on mature, existing systems.
• Experience partnering with engineering on technical roadmap decisions and tradeoffs.
• Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or travel platforms.
• Familiarity with merchant- or partner-facing APIs.
• Experience working across global markets (US/UK/EU).
