What you will do

• Lead the development of a strategic product vision that addresses both short-term and long-term business and customer opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to make critical trade-offs, ensuring the product is financially viable and solves a customer need, and integrate AI/ML functionalities.
• Collaborate and influence hirify.global's key stakeholders to anticipate and plan for product strategy dependencies.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and clearly articulate the product's value proposition.
• Establish and review product success metrics regularly, designing and analyzing product experiments.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business strategy and market dynamics, owning product requirements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a 2026 graduation date.
• 3-6 years of product experience or equivalent applicable experience.
• Proficiency in AI/ML principles and model development.
• Analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Ability to communicate your product vision clearly to drive alignment across partners.
