What you will do

  • Define and execute strategic vision for the EMEA Accountant channel, aligning cross-functional partners to a unified growth plan.
  • Drive aggressive sales-led Go-To-Market operations to increase product and service penetration through international accounting firms.
  • Own the sales motion for Emerging Mid-Market expansion, winning with top accounting firms through exec-level advisory and migration commitments.
  • Champion the evolution of accounting firms from transactional bookkeeping to strategic advisory, leveraging hirify.global’s AI Expert Platform.
  • Develop and refine internal processes, tools, and metrics to ensure operational excellence in the UK.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse EMEA sales team, fostering a customer-first culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ year track record for developing winning growth strategies and inspiring excellent execution through teams.
  • Deep domain expertise in SaaS, fintech, financial services.
  • Deep understanding of the accounting industry, including practice management workflows.
  • Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals.
  • Strong skills in communication (written, verbal, and visual), influence and collaboration, including at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving transformation, with broad set of change management tools and skills.
