What you will do

• Shape how customers and colleagues experience hirify.global through the website and operational journeys.
• Lead the design of customer-facing journeys.
• Contribute to the evolution of key design systems.
• Ensure design is applied thoughtfully across the site.
• Design new journeys where patterns don’t yet exist.
• Help teams move faster with clearer design intent.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in product digital design, with experience operating at a senior level.
• Proven experience owning and evolving design systems.
• Strong experience designing CMS-driven and operational journeys (e.g. Umbraco or equivalent platforms).
• Comfort designing with regulatory content and operational approval flows.
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding how designs translate into build.
• The ability to explain design decisions clearly.
