TL;DR

Design Lead: Managing and shaping the creative direction of a fintech anti-fraud platform with an accent on product, brand, and user experience. Focus on defining design strategy, leading a team of designers, and ensuring high-quality, user-centred design solutions across all platforms.

Location: This can be an office based role or a hybrid role, in either our London or Manchester office.

Compensation: £95k - £105k p.a. base salary

hirify.global is an FCA regulated anti-fraud platform protecting society from fraud and money laundering during big life transactions, trusted by over 1,500 businesses.

What you will do

  • Lead and define the design strategy and vision for hirify.global's products, brand, and user experience.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, contributing hands-on when required.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, user-centred design solutions.
  • Oversee the design process from ideation to execution and govern the global design system.
  • Champion design thinking and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2+ years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale design projects across web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience in building and scaling design teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including product design.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and front-end development processes.
