What you will do

• Own the B2B marketing strategy and roadmap to drive revenue growth for hirify.global’s digital Network.
• Lead Go-to-Market strategy for new product offerings and initiatives, ensuring measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Partner with Media Solutions, YouTube, and FAST & AVOD teams to ensure unified positioning and consistent commercial storytelling.
• Develop and execute a thought leadership and content strategy to elevate hirify.global’s industry authority and grow inbound interest.
• Define success metrics and report on marketing activity linked to commercial outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York or Los Angeles.
• Proven experience delivering B2B marketing strategies within digital media, advertising, entertainment, platforms, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including agencies, brands, and digital platforms.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and executive-level storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving results in matrixed organizations.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
