What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact during implementation, delivering a positive first impression.
• Lead consultative discussions to understand customer needs and translate them into effective rollout plans.
• Provide data-driven, best-practice recommendations aligned with customer needs and platform capabilities.
• Own implementation timelines, rollout plans, and delivery, coordinating internal teams for successful execution.
• Configure customer accounts to meet specific requirements, supporting technical integrations and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and deliver tailored training sessions for newly onboarded customers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Native or near-native German proficiency and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term customer success.
• Solid experience implementing products for diverse customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including scope definition and handling changing requirements.
• Confidence working with senior and C-level stakeholders to understand and address concerns.
• Strong relationship-building skills and adaptable communication style.
