What you will do
- Support developers with integration, onboarding, and escalations for the hirify.global platform.
- Hold calls and meetings with customers and developers to discuss eCommerce topics.
- Respond to tickets, providing first-class customer service and technical advice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer queries and provide feedback.
- Document resolutions, ensuring a full audit trail of interactions.
- Stay updated with product changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer or technical support role is desirable.
- Clear communication with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously, setting priorities and adapting to changing conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft or Google productivity suite (Docs, Sheets, Meet specifically).
- Understanding of programming languages like HTML, XML, and CSS would be beneficial.
Nice to have
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
