What you will do
- Manage customer communications via email and online chat, handling sign-ups, card requests, and app feedback.
- Provide technical support by solving product queries and retrieving data from the admin portal.
- Represent the brand on social platforms, maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the wider team to suggest product improvements based on customer insights.
- Ensure high-quality care for EV drivers, maintaining the company's reputation for amazing service.
- Work a flexible schedule where 60% of hours are outside normal office hours, including one full weekend day.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Fantastic written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to the audience.
- Organized approach to daily operations and the ability to pivot to new tasks quickly.
- Willingness to engage with the technical side of the product and report data.
- Genuine interest in the EV and eMobility industry.
